I have an Epson WF 3530 wireless printer.  It is connected to my network wirelessly.   It randomly works when I print.  I have gone to the Epson site and followed all the advice with no solution.  When I view the status monitor on my PC it says communication error.  If I go into the printer folder it says offline.  If I go to the printer and try to scan to my PC it says the same thing.  If I look at the status of the the connection on the printer it shows it is connected to my network.  I also cannot print from the app on my phone while connected to my network.  I can email print with it from anywhere with no problems.  All the drivers are up to date.  I see it active when I look for it in my router software and can successfully ping it.  The only way to resolve the issue is to go and restart the router, simply switching off the on.  I am running Vista 32 bit SP2.  But I shouldn't have to restart the router every time.
