I have up until recently run Dells, they make a very good product with above average support.  You can go on their site punch in your service tag number, they will inspect the machine and tell you what if anything is needed or updated.  I would love to have that kind of support with my current setup.

My suggestion is go for the dell even it provides you touch screen facility in it.
