I found this website whilst doing some research on Anti-Static Wristbands. I found some useful information on here, so I decided to join. I'm currently building my first PC, mainly for learning purposes. I think it would be handy to know a bit about computers in this day and age, The computer I am in the process of building is a budget system. I used a book I was given for Christmas as the starting point of my build, It told me the basics about computer hardware. In time, a friend of mine spoke to me about a website which I have seen mentioned on here. It's called PC Part Picker. Using this site, I looked at budget components, before ordering bits and pieces. So far, I've nearly everything, but extra costs have been incurred, thanks to certain sites no longer selling parts that PC Part Picker said they do sell. That's my bad really though. I know I should do my research before I buy anything. But that's the real point of my project. To learn. I have faith and think that I will have a working computer in no more then a months time.
Wish me luck!
