I am pretty ignorant about anything under the hood of my computer as I can barely even drive it so please forgive my ignorance.
This caught my attention:

I think that there is possibility that your computer(s)  has been infected. I would recommend posting on this forum: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/ first so that we can have everything covered.
