I have tried for the past 12hrs to regain my corupted files on my computer. I run a small business and this has stuffed me completely . Should i just pay it. Im no IT person just a plumber. I have tried several different methods in safe mood . But still there is no way to decrypt the files. You advice would be much appreciated

Hello,

Here is a guide that has been written on this infection.  Guide

Hopefully it will provide you with some information.  For further assistance with this I would recommend posting in the dedicated Cryptodefense support topic: here

Best of luck, and :welcome: to Bleeping Computer.  I wish it were under better circumstances.

~Blade
