its been a big question for me. Linux backtrack an offensive security breaker os is good for ethical hackers. but i would like to have some suggestion to learn it. ssay you can please suggest me guides,books, any person whom i can contact etc ....

You could start with something like this. I would suggest you learn about Linux in general first, How it works, Working with Terminal  Working with VM or Live Disc etc.
