The Most Malware and viruses I've ever seen!!

I ram MBAM on my system and it came back with 732 objects detected. I am attaching the log here.

Is there some reason that you didn't just have MBAM delete what it found?

Well it capture a lot of adware and I deleted that, what I have now are the pop ups and "Speed Up Your Computer" type of programs that I can't get rid of.
