HI there,

I need to upload a few image files to attachments to email and also on other sites such.

When i am taken to the 'open' dialog box to select a file to be uploaded with all the files on my folder, there is no other search options.

When I type in the approximate file name within the 'file name' bar, all the other files that share parts of the same name appear on a drop down menu, but it's only the file name.

Compared to this, I have vista running at home, where there is a search bar on the 'open' dialog box at the upper-right corner. When I want to select one file out of many similarly named image file, i run a quick search there, whittle it down to those file names -- and then because I have thumbnail mode activated, pick the correct file from the search results.

IS there any way I can do this on XP?

thank you so much.
