very quick question, anyone else seen this in task manager

spotted it in task manager of my old xp machine, machine was quite slow at the time though that might be due to it's age, it often is pretty geological in speed.  searched it on google but found no results at all for it, if plenty of others have seen it i'd guess its a legit update for chrome but i would like to know. thanks

i couldn't find anything online because i searched for the full file name.
