Home Edition

Version 2002

Service Pack 3

Am using Autoruns to disable some of the junk that is causing my startup to take forever.

There are 31 separate entries for Nero functions or whatever, Nero AG version, 2005.  It's so old it can't possibly be doing any good.

There are 19 Movie Maker Filters.  Not something I would use on this old hog.

1.  Can I dump some of this stuff?

2.  Even though XP support is dying off next month, would updating Nero make a difference, make the 'puter run better?

There is no reason for anything related to Nero...initiating at startup.
