I have an HP 8025ea Pavilion laptop, which will not start.

at startup I get "Windows is Starting", but this then goes a screen in text only offering various options--

    1/Start Windows Normally

    2/Open in safe mode

3/Open in safe mode with command prompt

   4/Use last known good configuration

I tried them all ,none worked ,it just keeps going in a loop

 Any help appreciated
