I had noticed this error message coming up now when I start Firefox. However, it doesn't stop me from opening webpages with Firefox. Viewing posts from others who have this error message, it appears they can't get access to those sites.

I did clear the cache and cookies in Firefox but that message keeps coming up. I have an up to date antivirus program working that shows no infections. I don't know what to make of this.

If this happens at startup, what is listed as home page in firefox options? Is it a particular site with the 403 error or does it happen over a number of sites?

this is strange. It was happening when I opened Firefox, now it's not happening. It may be a server issue on their end but I had noticed that others have had the same issue and posted on Google about it but they couldn't open the sites where that message came up and I can. I will continue to monitor this to see if it reappears.

Well the forbidden 403 error message is back. However, it has no effect on my opening webpages.and it only appears with Firefox.
