First off, I ran malwarebyte and now I can not uninstall Snap.Do off my computer. It says that the source no longer exists and will not let me uninstall the program. I have tried multiple things by reading all these forums, but nothing works!! Please help me figure this out.. it is very frustrating!! Thanks!

Hello what is your browser and operating system?

thisisujrt.gif Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
  • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

Thank you for responding. I am on Windows 8 and I work on Internet Explorer.   I just ran the Junkware Removal Tool and this is all I got.  I am not sure if it was supposed to do anything, but Snap.Do is still listed on my programs and features.

Snap.Do is still listed on my programs and features.

Can you Right click on it and select Delete ??

Often this is the easiest way to remove a program that you can see.

It also saves you downloading REVO Uninstaller, as I have not tested it on Windows 8 yet.
