Hi all, I'm starting my own part-time PC repair business from home.

 

Would anyone who already does this be willing to show me a copy of their disclosure/disclaimer form they have their clients sign? I just need to see a good example of one and what it should include.

I'll also be interested in that. I don't think the local shops will be to keen on me going there and asking for a copy of all their documents lol :)
