Hello everyone. I am new here. Joined after a google search. Have questions about laptops. I am 59 and only owned a desktop. I started college when FORTRAN and COBOL came out. I went back to college when Wordstar morphed into Wordperfect and we used Desktop Publishing and Lotus 123. There was no Kinko's.  So when we start talking about smartcards, PC cards, memory vs. storage I am a bit lost. So here I am.

:welcome: to Bleeping Computer! Hope you enjoy the stay, if you have any questions feel free to ask. :) I'm sure if you spend enough time around the site you will catch up pretty quick on a few things like memory(ram).
If I have replied to a topic and you reply and I haven't gotten back to you within 48 hours (2 days) then send me a P.M.
