I would like to connect  an Android cell phone to my notebook with a USB cable and transfer pictures taken with the camera on the cell phone to my computer, and transfer music and movies from the computer to a 16GB memory chip on my cell phone. The connection is established, but then crashes. I wonder why?

After connecting the USB cable with to the computer Event Viewer reports two critical errors:

      1) Event 10110 DriverFrameworks-UserMode - problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and hosting process.

      2)  Event 10111, DriverFrameworks-UserMode the device MTP USB Device is offline due to a user-mode driver crash.

Before attaching the USB cable Event Viewer reports two non-critical events:

     1) Event 219, Kernel-PnP - the driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for device USB\VID_OA5C&PID_5800&MI_01\6&66de6c9&0&0001y

     2) Event 10114 DriverFrameworks-UserMode - the UMDF reflector was unable to complete startup because the WUDFPf was not found. UMDFReflectorDependencyMissing, Dependency WUDFPf.

I found file WUDFPf.sys in /sys32/drivers but service WUDFRf in the list of services. I wonder if the service were there and started and called file WUDFPf would this prevent my connection from crashing?
