I finally  upgraded Vista to 7. Every time I turn the machine on the desktop icons are either tiny or humongous. I check the resolution which is at either 1024x768 or 1280x1024. This seems to happen arbitrarily. Any clues?

What is the make and model of the computer? I would try updating your graphics driver.
