Drivers causing windows to resume slowly

Need some advice about the drivers causing windows to resume slowly.

 

the diagnosic reports message is AMD multi vendor miniport driver

 

file name Atikmpag.sys

Publisher advanced micro devices

Device AMD radeonHD 6310 Graphics

time taken 3.4 secs.

 

Message is  if you no longer need or use the device consider uninstalling it.

 

I have done a event check and same message error messages etc.

 

I have the snipping tool of the error messages in a saved folder that I took of the error messages etc.

 

I have done malware checks nothing showing there, I have done disc clean up and defragmention.

 

nothing helps.

 

I probably need a update on a new driver but not sure were to go to get one if needed.

 

I;am afraid to uninstall any thing related to this in control panel not sure what i'am doing there. And Afraid to down load from the internet as in checking for updates for drivers etc.

 

This situation has been going on for months

 

any advice would help

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

I ran speccy but having problems with the snap shot error messages pop up there is a problem with drivers slowing pages down.

 

I did see on the speccy report the mother board was at 35%

I have tried to the best of my ability to post the mini tool box I also tried to snap shot the speccy despite the error messages was not something that I can over look was nothing I could do the error message was the browser security settings editor is not able to access the clipboard.

 

I would like to know anything you find out aboujt the mini tool box report.

I have done a check on device manager there is a red X to uninstall Realtek RTL8188 CE wireless LAN 802.11 NPCI-ENIC

I'am not sure what to do was thinking if I uninstalled real tek I would loose wireless connection.

Any suggestions?

The Red X usually signifies that Drivers need updating or reinstalling.
