Hello!

I'm using Vista 64 Bit SP2. I am able to install Playmemories Home (a media organizer/sharer/burner, etc...), but when I try to start it up, it crashes, giving me a message that the Browser has stopped working, with the error info:

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:    APPCRASH
  Application Name:    PMBBrowser.exe
  Application Version:    8.1.0.14240
  Application Timestamp:    530a2c73
  Fault Module Name:    ntdll.dll
  Fault Module Version:    6.0.6002.18327
  Fault Module Timestamp:    4cb7341c
  Exception Code:    c015000f
  Exception Offset:    0005bb4b
  OS Version:    6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
  Locale ID:    1033
  Additional Information 1:    fd00
  Additional Information 2:    ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160
  Additional Information 3:    fd00
  Additional Information 4:    ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160

I don't understand the above info, so I'm hoping that someone can tell me if it describes a general OS issue (i.e. missing drivers or system files), or something else.  I'd really like to use this program to burn my HD home movies to Blu Ray. If anyone has a solution, I'd be grateful.

P.S. The software installs and runs on another Vista 64bit SP2 machine in the house, so I am doubly mystified as to why it won't run on mine.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Yes, several times.
