well, not sure what i did, but, they are missing. normally when i clicked "start", then "shut down" i would see the next (4) options (hibernate-standby-shut down-restart) listed from left to right in center of screen. now i am seeing a windows "box" that has a pull down option that l click. could someone help me get back to the option screen that listed options from left to right? :bubbles:

Hi,

 

  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click User Accounts.
  3. Click Change the way users log on or off.
  4. Check-mark the Use the Welcome screen check box.

That should return the shutdown options to how they were.
