Not sure if this is the wright section to post this sorry if its not (could some one please tell me the wright place)

 

I use thunderbird as my email client and I was wondering if anyone could advise me what add ons I should be using with it

I'm not using any addon for thunder bird I curently have  1 personal &3 work relatered  I mainly looking for security/mailaware etc protection type addon as I have bit hit with some nastys and My I T thinks it was come through as a email I do run the following addons in firefox Ghosty, No Script, Ad Blocker plus, Do Not Track Me and a couple others.

I will only point out one important fact:

human behavior is the leading cause of "some nastys"

 

When online, let the first rule be "Don't click anything".

Ok i'll install adblocker onto thunderbired as well

Are you referring to an IT department at a business? If so, they should be the one who recommends/installs addons on a work computer not the end user. If not, let us know and we can point you to some more addons.
