Hello

I got really infected by a virus i can't do anything open browser or open scanner
It a begins with installing spyhunter on my computer . It was scanning but it stucks and i can't do anything so i have to reboot my computer but wen i start up my computer spyhunter automaticly start up and begins to scan . I can close spyhunter ( after a while) but i can hardly open internet exployer or my files or oder scanners like combofix and avg. What do i have do do now can anywhone help ? ( sorry for bad English)

Have you tried from safe mode with Networking?
What is your Operating System?

When did you last run ComboFix and are you rained to use ComboFix?

I use windows 8.1 but i don't realy now how to start it up in safe mode

How to enable the F8 key to start Safe Mode in Windows 8

ComboFix is not compatible with Windows 8.1 yet so you cannot get it to run.
