sorry,i'm new to the forums i need help. My other administrator account is stuck in the log in/log off loop i briefly says welcome then logging off i didn't even get to see my desktop.

I lost my cd for vista and i checked my registry and the file and  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE has userinit.exe next to it in the value and i can go and safe mode on that administrator account perfectly fine right now i'm on another administrator. my model is HP w2207h vista home premium.

If one user account works while another doesn't...that seemingly points to a damaged profile, IMO.
