I would expect that you will be using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.  The Yahoo part is just a plug-in.

In Internet Explorer, click on Settings (the gear icon in the top right) and select Internet Options.

Click on the Advanced tab and then click on Reset near the bottom.

In the window that opens check-mark the Delete Personal Settings box and then click on Reset.

After you've done this you will need to close all your programs and restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

It was working better at first but I am unable to get into email. I am logged in and I can using the mail symbol on the Yahoo site on the right side see the mail but it says there is problems connecting to the mail site. The HSRD is coming up in front on Yahoo.

Check with Yahoo that there is not a problem with their mail system.  If you have been able to log in, I don't think it will be an Internet Explore problem.

Yahoo is a search engine, but yahoo has a e-mail as well.  Is this what you are using?
