I enjoy watching Netflix, which plays perfectly well on my system. However, if I try to go back to a previous scene or skip ahead, my whole computer freezes up, with plugin-container.exe taking up 99% of CPU. I get the problem regardless of which browser I'm using -- I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE. This problem started very suddenly a few weeks ago. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight, but it didn't solve the problem. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

Mod Edit: Removed pointless links - Hamluis.
