None of my Wildtangent games will run. When I click on the icon, the screen will blink and the "Last time played" notice will update but the game wont run. Also, when I try to install Wildtangent's new app, it wont run. I can download the installer but when I get the notice "Do you want to allow......" when I click yes, the box goes away and nothing else happens. I am running Windows 7 64 bit system with Macafee Internet Security. I've tried to set up a chat session with Macafee, but it wont load. I have tried installing the latest versions of IE and Flash, turned off Macafee's pop-up blocker and everything else I can think of. Other than this problem, my computer is running just fine. My last security scan found no problems and Macafee says my system is secure. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello -

First can you tell me if this program has ever worked, and have you ever played Wild Tangent Games ??

Next -

Download Security Check by Screen317 from HERE
* Save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
Note: If any security program requests permission to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Thanks for your reply. I actually solved the Wildtangent problem by uninstalling the program then downloading the newest version. It works fine now. I went ahead and ran the "Security Check" so you could see if I have other problems if you don't mind taking a look at it.

Thanks

Thanks for replying, even though you fixed it.

All I can get from this is to go back to Programs and Features, then Uninstall all existing versions of Java.

Current is Version7 Update51 if you wish to update to the latest version.

Untick, and do not accept any Offers or Add-ons with the download as they are just advertising and not Java related.

Good luck, and post back if you have any other concerns -
