Can't Open Messenger Or Hotmail. And I Have A P.s. Guard Trojan,, Can Someone Help Me?

My problem is that i cannot open msn messenger or hotmail. and dont know why,, i did a virus scan and it appears that i have a P.S. guard trojan and i cannot remove it, i use McAfee and the yahoo virus scan but it wont eliminate the trojan, my question is that is the trojan have to do something with my problem with msn? and what can i do to resolve my 2 problems, removin P.S. guard trojan and what/s my problem with msn, please help me and thank you for helping me,,, i appreciated,,

Thanks for your help i aprreciated a lot,, but i still dont know how to,, to tell you the truth i'm not very good at computers and i don't wanna messed up more,, i look at "How To Remove The Smitfraud / Psguard / Virtualmaid, Self-Help Guide" but to tell you the truth i think is a lot complicated since i don't wanna messed up,, what do you recomend me to do?,, thank you..

I suggest you read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

When you have done that, post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts.

It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy. Please be patient as they are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have no replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response, a team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another HJT Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.
