bluescreen at startup when I bring cursor down to taskbar

I keep getting a bluescreen and lockup when I turn on the laptop then mainscreen pops up and I bring cursor down to the taskbar and freezeup . Any help would be appreciated .

I have a BSOD file I saved .

Have you booted the system in to "Safe Mode" ?. If yes, how the system works in "Safe Mode" ?.

Have you run a memory tester?

Windows has a built-in memory tester in the repair your computer boot up.

Or MemTest86 works quite well.

Please download and run BlueScreeView and post the results if you can.  Might have to run this in safe mode.
