WD Passport Data Replaced by Shortcut

Everything seems it's working but like I said when go to My Computer and click on My Passport (F:) the computer open this shortcut:

My Passport(466GB)Shortcut

with details as Location: rundll32 (C:\Windows\system32) as I hover the mouse over the file cum shortcut


OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 2009


Manufacturer: Dell
Model: N4030
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU M480 @ 2.67GHz 2.66GHz
RAM: 4 GB (3.8 Usable)
System Type: 64 bit OS


under Storage=Disk Management I have a internal hard drives (C:) and My Passport (F:). And according to this the My Passport is healthy and online

Please help.
