Hi everyone-this is my problem

Under: Documents and settings
All these new "people" were included as users on this computer
Administrator(active me)

After Chrome re-nstalled and updated.  Problem is the Comodo Autorun Analyzer showed - All Entries-Everything 806-no wonder my computer has been moving like mud. the same autorun programs load for all the users above. This can't be write to have so many duplicates or so many things starting up.
 
These should not all be starting up right?
desperately grateful for any help

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
