allmost all inter net pages i see this error "Error 20 (net:: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT): what does it mean?

These instructions are for Vista and above.  If you have a different OS, please let us know.

 

Click on Start, type cmd in the Search Box.
Right-click on cmd at the top of the menu and select Run as Administrator.
Type netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt and press Enter.
Restart the computer.

 

Does this resolve the issue?
