So, I'm pretty sure I have a ton of registry keys missing either from an infection or the precoursor to what I've been cleaning the last few months. Anyway my laptop is running terribly and when I ran comodo autoruns and killswitch there were an awful lot of missing keys. I'm pretty sure I was able to get rid of whatever I had (infection). I have a repair disc and would like to run it but am never given the option. But I have alot of peviously "uninstalled" items/programs that are still ther.. Neither controll panel and revo uninstaller will help uninstall them. I'm unable to download a windows update that has been trying to install for over a week. And finally just about everything to do with MMC will no longer run nor will any of my troubleshooters or memory card reader. I have over 130 ports open, not sure why. I also counted 20 or more programs that are still there after uninstall and11 moret hat should be there but are missing. There are at least twice as many more than that that I didn't get around tocounting.I  hope I've posted this in the right place.. Can anyone help?
