Hello I would appreciate some help and advice.

I ran the Panda Active Scan for first time to see what was lurking on my computer.

There were 51 Spyware

and 3 Hacking Tools and other potentially unwanted Tools

How can I get rid of these.

Do I have to buy their product to get them deleted

I would appreciate your help.

Thankx

Lindis

Panda's ActiveScan does not remove adware/spyware but will autoclean for viruses & worms. You can use other free programs for the spyware. Start with these:

If your running Win XP/2000, download and scan with Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5
Ewido Install and Scan Instructions

Download and scan with Ad-Aware SE Personal. Setup & Configure as shown here.

Download and scan with Spybot S&D 1.4. Setup & Configure as shown here.
[DO NOT choose the option to install TeaTimer]
Note: If you encounter any error messages while downloading the updates, manually download them from here.

When done, rerun ActiveScan and see if it finds anything left.
