I teach consumer behaviour and am essentially not too able with computers. I enlisted here because I am having recurrent problems with viruses ...

Keep it simple and short, if possible

Describe what has led you to this conclusion, and what, if any, steps you have taken already to rid yourself of the virus/malware etc etc
