Infected, can`t enter safemode, bsod, pum.hijack.help / php.shell.g.2

OS: Vista

While browsing avira detected a php/shell.g.2 infection.

tryed to scan again but ends up with bsod.

Entered safe mode wich freeze while loading the crcdisk.sys.

used hirens bootcd to run mbam, wich find pum.hijack.help


awaiting instructions before proceeding, since i don`t wanna make it worse.
