Hi guys, hope someone can help me.
I thought i'd try the new internet explorer 7, being new to beta's i was unsure of the side effects (now i know why!)
When IE7 finished installing, it said access denied, then rebooted. Now i have no IE7, lost IE6 (which i knew), in control panel there is no "INTERNET OPTIONS" short cut, i cant do system restore, or remove IE7. Some programs say "This program needs to close..." I dont have the original cd, as my pc was built by a friend of a friend... Thank god i have mozilla!! i dont know how to reinstall IE6 without the original xp cd. When i try to access IE7 it comes up with"internetsecurityurl...dynamic link" something todo with WINET.dll.
When i try to remove it it says %MSGsameuser.uninstall% so i cant remove it.
Any ideas greatly appreiciated. Regards Nick.

See this MS Release Notes page, under instructions for uninstalling Beta7.2:
