System file checker found a corrupt file

I have Windows 8.1windows resource protection found corrupt files but was not able to fix some of them Details are included in the CBS.logwindir\Logs\CBS\CBS.logFor example c:\Windows\[/size]
logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently supported offline.
I am having trouble restoring a corrupt file. And no that article didnt help.I need to know what to do in simple step by step instrutions.

I don't know whether you are still having problems...but you might find help in this thread, which addresses a similar, if not the same, error.
