Hi everyone. I just got my laptop back after about 2 months and I uninstalled a few programs on it that I did not need. They were not any important programs, just some general programs that I did not need anymore such as skype, etc. Well last night it was working totally fine and than this morning when I got on youtube, the video would start playing and than the video would stop but the sound would still keep on going. I went on hulu and the same thing happened. I am running Windows 8 and Windows 7 dual boot on my machine. I am using Windows 8 as of right now. I am not having this problem in Windows 7. PLEASE HELP!

Please download MiniToolBox, and save it to your desktop and run it, and checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Thanks for the reply man but I just did a whole system recovery and went back to factory settings. I didn't have any files I needed so I just did it. Thanks for your help anyway!
