my girls lap top HP Pavilion dv6-1355dx Entertainment Notebook PC network drivers will not uninstall. No matter how much we tried they will not uninstall.

Tried it in safe mode

Tried installing new drivers to override it

Nothing worked.

Urgent help -_-

I believe Norton may be involved and i uninstalled it but the problem of multiple adapters with yellow dots on the icon won't uninstall.

The main wireless adapter is Intel WiFi Link 1000BGN and it's connected however with limited access.

Please download MiniToolBox and run it.

Check mark the following boxes:

  • List IP Configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
  • List Devices – Only Problems

Click Go and copy/paste the log (Result.txt) into your next post.
