In trying to update apps in iTunes in Win XP, the update starts and then goes to an error message "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-45048)" and the update stops. I have removed all iTunes/Apple apps and reinstalled but still get the message. Any thought as to how to clear the error and resume updates?

Yes, I have followed the instructions exactly as stated but still have the error. I am thinking there may be a conflict with a shared file somewhere. My laptop with XP and iTunes does not have this problem.
