Internet Explorer keeps telling me I need Flash Player 12 but I have downloaded it multiple times. Mozilla Firefox works fine. Adobe tells me to take the computer to a certified Microsoft technician for service and have them do a "one time removal" and then have them do a "full system tuneup".Can I do this myself with your help? The technician from Adobe showed me a program called Event Viewer and there are multiple errors under Windows Logs/System.

Let me see if I've got this right.  A Adobe tech told you to have a Microsoft certified service tech do a "one time removal" and then do a "full system tuneup"?

How did you contact this Adobe tech?

Double click on the download and choose to run the program.

A screen similar to the one below will open, click any key to run the program.

When the scan is finished there will be a log, copy and then paste your log in your next post.

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  When  FileHippo opens, click on Download latest version in the upper right pane.

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

speccy9_zps2d9cdedc.png

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.

The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

speccy3_zps1791b093.png

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 Checkmark the following checkboxes:

• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
• List Minidump Files

Click on Go to start the scan.  Once it is finished highlight the text, copy it and paste it in your next post.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I am noticing that I have other issues with IE 11. I can't access some stuff on other websites. Is there a way to uninstall IE and reinstall it?

You can roll back to a previous version.

I uninstalled IE11 and reinstalled it. I then uninstalled IE11 and installed IE10. IE is not working properly and I can't find any help at MS. Still waiting for an answer after providing the information above. Anyone see what's wrong here?

I was able to resolve the issues by restoring IE to it root default values. Severything seems to be fine now.

Thanks for the help.
