Recently, I updated my webcam driver and now my Acer crystal webcam won't work.  I forgot to add that I have a window 7 on my computer. My computer is and Acer Aspire.

Hi clueless. Try to rollback the previous driver using device manager. Hope this helps. :)

If the roll back does not work though it should down load Manycam, I just went through an issue with my Acer Manycam fixed it and gave me several other great tools.

It is free http://www.manycam.com/

I wasn't able to roll back the driver. For some reason, it wasn't an option. I did install manycam so I'm happy. Thank you both!
