 I am currently having major issues with my computer. Unfortunately I have inherited this computer about 3 months ago, and have been trying to fix the issues myself. This is becoming a long process. Can someone help me figure out why I have so many issues. I get lost in the process.
Thanks

Have you updated, and run your antivirus?
Have you run any Spyware/Malware programs?
What Spyware/Malware programs do you use?
Were there any error messages?
What was the exact error message?
