Disk read error

My computer went to the ble screen. First time it happened so I did as it said and restarted it. Now tis is all I keep getting

Dell Inspirion 531

A disk read error occurred

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

I do that and it just keeps coming back to the same message.
