The printer at our school just doesn't answer anymore; documents just stay pending. We have this wireless printer and since Wednesday last week it refused every cooperation :(

The technician we called tried everything he new, but doesn't have any more ideas, so I thought that maybe some of you might know what's it all about ?!

It's rather important, 'cause you can imagine how crippled the school affairs are without the printer :(

Thanks

If this was not tried: unplug the printer power for at least 3 minutes, plug back in.

This is an issue for you network administrator....not some low level tech they send out. If the tech doesn't escalate it, then you will need to make the call.

This is the link to the machine's user manual.

https://files.support.epson.com/pdf/wf3540/wf3540ug.pdf

You will probably want to print a network status sheet following instructions on manual pp 277-278.

There is a page on troubleshooting network printing, with several suggested actions to take, on pp 276.
