I got that video a couple of years ago.
Its a actual model airplane you can get for like 100 bucks (without a motor and controller) and fly around!

Oh cool! I wouldn't have ever known I could actually buy one if the link had worked. Sorry about that. That www.shocku.com site has a lot of videos I've never seen on it, pretty funny.
