windows 7 - APPCRASH

Este problema surgió cuando quise imprimir una imágen desde Picture Manager.

 Firma con problemas:
  Nombre del evento de problema:    APPCRASH

  Marca de tiempo de la aplicación:    46031e2f
  Nombre del módulo con errores:    ntdll.dll

A veces no me hace este problema y a veces sí. Lo mismo cuando quiero abrir los juegos de Microsoft que vienen con el Windows 7 o con el OUTLOOK. A veces los abre y a veces de produce APPCRASH. ¿Puede ser algún problema de Hardware?

Sometimes this makes me no problem and sometimes yes. The same when I want to open Microsoft games that come with Windows 7 or with OUTLOOK. Sometimes open and sometimes produces APPCRASH. Can it be a hardware problem?
