Does RogueKiller work with windows 8.1
I tried both 64 and 32 bit versions on my dell 6660 desktop pc running windows 8.1 64 bit I5, 8 gb ram. both versions start and hangs where it says building tree. I let it run 24 hours and it never progressed. I re-downloaded the program several times with the same results.
just wondering...

Edit: Moved topic from Windows 8 to the more appropriate forum.~ Animal

From the downloaded version I have.
Operating system: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8 (note 8.1 is not listed there)

While looking I just found this notation : (for Windows 8.1 versions)
The other features of the program allow RogueKiller to undo the damage caused by fake antivirus tools, such as repairing host files, proxies, DNS and shortcuts. You'll even be able to read the Roguekiller developer's opinions on why you most likely got infected.

Download RogueKiller 8.8.1 32bit
Download RogueKiller 8.8.1 64bit
