How are you adding the pictures?

Are you doing this in Personalization?

If you are, are you clicking on Save changes after adding the picture?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Is this how you are doing this?

Right click on an empty spot on the Desktop and choose Personalize.

When the Personalize window opens click on Desktop Background, this is in the lower left portion of the window.

Adjacent to Picture location: click on the down arrow in DesktopBackground, then click on Pictures Library.

Click on the picture you want to use, then click Save Changes.
