Hiya. I've bought a 120hz monitor but it only has HDMI and Displayport in. But i'm in a bit of a pickle because my GPU only has DVI and HDMI out. HDMI only supports up to 60hz and i'm a bit stuck on how i'm going to get my display at 120hz.

I tried using a passive dvi to displayport cable but the monitor would detect no signal. I've been researching online about these Active Displayport Adapters but apparently they only work one way? I can't find any online that are DVI > DP rather than DP > DVI. Could anyone please point me into the right direction? Thank you!
